₹0

The full product, every household, for as long as Hundo is in beta. We are getting it right with the families using it.

When beta ends

A subscription, priced then. Households already using Hundo hear it from us in writing, well before anything changes, and nothing is charged until you choose it.

Why free, and what comes after

Hundo will one day be a paid subscription — that is the plan, and we would rather say so plainly than surprise you. We make money from families paying for the vault, not from ads or from selling your data. That is the whole reason a free plan can exist without a catch: you are not the product.

“Free while in beta” is a price, not a promise, and we would rather not dress it up as one. Here is the promise we will make instead: when paid plans arrive, households already using Hundo hear it from us in writing and well in advance — no silent switch, no card charged without you choosing it.

One thing this ₹0 does not buy, because it does not exist yet: a phone app. Hundo runs in any browser today, on a phone as well as a laptop. The iOS and Android apps are in development and not in the stores, and we are not putting a date on them.

Questions
How much does Hundo cost?

Nothing while Hundo is in beta. Every household we open gets the full product at no cost — no card, no trial clock, no feature held back.

Will Hundo always be free?

No, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Hundo will be a paid subscription one day — we make money from families paying for the vault, not from ads or from selling data. What we commit to is notice: households already using Hundo will be told well in advance of any price, and nobody is charged without choosing to be.

What changes when beta ends?

A price appears, and new households pay it. Existing households get told first — in writing, well before anything changes, with what the plan costs — and nothing is charged until you choose it.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. We never ask for payment details during beta. You send an email and we set your household up, usually within two working days.

Is there a catch to it being free?

None. We do not run ads and never sell your data, so a free plan is not a trade for your privacy. Beta is free because you are helping us get the product right.
