A vault, not a data broker.
Hundo holds your family’s Aadhaar, PPF, EPFO and bank records, so the honest question is is it safe? Here is the path one record takes.
Your data stays in IndiaGoogle Cloud’s Mumbai region, asia-south1. Encrypted at rest and in transit.
In India. Your data sits in Google Cloud’s Mumbai region (asia-south1) — it does not leave the country in normal operation. For an Indian family’s Aadhaar, PPF and EPFO records, that data residence is the whole point.
A lock only your family opensPasskey sign-in, then a biometric app-lock. Locking clears the session, not just the screen.
A biometric app-lock. Even on an unlocked phone, opening Hundo asks for your face or fingerprint. Step away and the lock re-arms; when it locks it clears the session token from memory, so there is nothing left for someone to resume. Sign-in itself is a passkey, so there is no password to guess, reuse or phish.
The AI never reads your AadhaarAadhaar, PAN and account numbers are masked on our side before any model call.
The assistant never does. Before any request goes to an AI model, identifiers like Aadhaar, PAN and account numbers are stripped and masked on our side, so the model helps with the shape of your finances without receiving the identifiers. The one exception is when the number is the thing you asked it to read — capturing a new account, FD, EPFO, insurance or contact record — and the CFO only proposes; it never moves money or acts on its own.
No ads. Never sold.No advertising, no data broking. The vault is the product.
Never. Hundo has no advertising and no data-broker business. We do not profile you for advertisers and we do not sell or share your records. The product is the vault, not your attention — there is nothing to sell you to.
One family, one vaultEach household is walled off. Nobody outside yours sees a rupee or a paper.
No. Every record is scoped to your household, and access is per family. Nobody outside your household sees a rupee or a paper.
Your portal passwords stay yoursHundo never logs into your bank or EPFO. You capture once; there is nothing stored to leak.
No. There is no scraping and no stored bank password. You capture each account and document once; Hundo keeps the running picture and marks investments to market from public feeds. Your portal credentials never touch us.

Type a bank line. See what the AI is allowed to read.
This is the same masking that runs on our servers before any model call — running here, in your browser, on text that never leaves this page.
Amounts and merchant names pass through — they are the data. And when the number is the thing you asked it to read (capturing a new account, FD, EPFO, insurance or contact record), that document goes through whole. Everything else — card, Aadhaar, account, phone — keeps only its tail.
One trunk, one lock.
Policies, cards and receipts go into one place, opened with a fingerprint, stored in India, readable by your family the day they need it.
